Stunning Walnut Cassone Chest

Stunning walnut cassone chest with three carved panels depicting female figures, and a noble coat of arms at the center. Beautiful gadroon decoration and lion’s paw feet. The piece retains its original side handles for transport. A 17th-century piece still showing late Renaissance taste.
